For each event we partnered with at least one local church, to ensure that anyone who responded to the Gospel had the opportunity to become connected to a local congregation. These images represent a few of our local partner churches in Trinidad.
The Family Focus Broadcasting Network has a Sunday afternoon youth radio program with over 2 million listeners. All 13 of us plus the radio personnel managed to fit in the broadcasting room to share about God’s love and our worship events in the coming days. Special thanks to everyone at 98.1 for their promotion of our worship workshop!
One of the culminating events of our trip was the hands-on worship workshop at Tabernacle of Prayer, our host church. This free workshop gave people the opportunity to learn about the Biblical foundations of worship, the opportunity to participate in a break-out session of their choice (dance, vocals, piano, drums/percussion, bass, guitar or sound engineering), to use the new skills in worship together and was followed by a one-hour worship event lead by GWM. Over 50+ people participated in the workshop and again we witnessed God move in a powerful way during the altar call.
